  21. I just installed Win95 and my Cardinal runs very well as is with the
  22. 1.4 Flash Rom upgrade.  Cardinal has said they will not come out with
  23. a 33.6kbps modem because 33.6 is not a standard.  I don't think you
  24. would see a great speed increase anyway.  The big speed increases are
  25. probably going to come with ISDN or Cable modems in the near future.
